We’re almost a full month into the life of HBO Max, the new streaming platform with a name that nobody at WarnerMedia realized would be confusing until it was too late, and that means it’s time for a delivery of hot and fresh content to stock up the digital shelves of HBO Max and the other HBO streaming platforms. Max subscribers will be able to see Amy Schumer’s Expecting Amy documentary series (about her going on tour and filming a special while pregnant), J.G. Quintel’s Close Enough, and House Of Ho (which a press release refers to as a “multi-generational family docusoap.”

Those are the main exclusive originals, but Max will also be getting (ironically) both Dumb & Dumber and Get Smart, plus the Kill Bill movies, Music And Lyrics, the old national Lampoon’s Vacation movies, and Saving Private Ryan. There’s also a new batch of animated Batman movies, like Batman: Year One (which is great) and Batman & Mr. Freeze: SubZero (which is sort of a sequel to Mask Of The Phantasm… which is still not on HBO Max).

If you just have regular HBO or one of the non-Max streaming platforms, you can still check out the new season of Room 104 and movies like Motherless Brooklyn, Harriet, Midway, and Last Christmas (Max subscribers can also watch those, plus all of Friends).
