Celebrity Social Media Round-Up for July 10, 2020
As mentioned yesterday, Maria is currently taking some time off. She’ll be back on Monday. In the meantime, you’re stuck with me and, well, I warned you yesterday so you should expect it today. I’m taking advantage of this opportunity to hit you with some BTS. This is not just for my benefit but yours. You should know more about the biggest band in the world. We’ll get to that in a minute.
Have you seen what Sarah Ramos has been going on social media? Recreating famous scenes in pop culture? Duana loves this one from My Best Friend’s Wedding but this one that she posted yesterday, of her reenacting the time Dakota Johnson told Ellen DeGeneres about herself is f-cking genius. Right down to the dress ….and the laugh track!

A lot of people have been talking about this the last couple of days: Demi Moore’s bathroom. I mean, yeah, I have some questions. But she’s podcasting in there. And everybody knows you get the best sound in a bathroom. The carpet, by the way, would help with that, because it absorbs sound. That doesn’t mean I think a bathroom should have carpet. Nor is that a justification for the brownness of the carpet. But it explains why she’s working in the bathroom. I have no explanation for that statue though.
Harper Seven Beckham is nine years old today. Nine! How did it go by so fast? Her parents, David and Victoria, both posted birthday messages to her on their Instagram accounts with different soundtracks and photos. How long before H7 has her own Instagram? Actually, no, she was probably already on TikTok and got bored of it and is using the next app that’ll get ruined by old people in two years.
Kerry Washington asks a very good question and I wish I had come up with it. I also wish I came up with the first answer. Gordon Gartrell is the winner every time.
If 2020 was a fashion trend, what would it be? 👇ðŸ¾GO👇ðŸ¾

Mindy Kaling’s honorary daughter, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan is one of the breakout stars of 2020. One of the few bright spots of 2020. Have you watched Never Have I Ever yet?!
It’s BTS time. Another day, another record. This time it’s j-hope, aka Jung Hoseok, aka Hobi. He is one of the band’s rappers and the leader of the dance line. His mixtape, Hope World, was released in 2018. And this is what it has just accomplished:
🎉Congratulations, j-hope🎉
“Hope World†has achieved an iTunes all-kill, with every single track reaching #1 on iTunes in at least one countryðŸ‘ðŸ½ðŸ¥³
